I like that it's easy for our staff members who use macs, iPads and iPhones in their daily job functions by having this software integrated into those devices as well! It also has customer service reps available 24/7 should you need support from them at any time during your day or night hours of operation which is very helpful when problems arise - especially if they're happening outside normal office working times!! There can be some lag between system updates but nothing major so far. We haven't had many issues yet because we were able to get trained fairly quickly once an update was released (which there have been quite often since release). The only downside seems to come more frequently than expected now though after launch date. Also would love better integration options within other systems such as accounting & payroll applications etc., instead using separate apps all over again.
