The support team has been very helpful when I had questions or issues during our migration of production databases onto KuberneteSql servers running via ECS Fargate containers using Cloudformation templates created by AWS (via Boto3). We have now moved off this solution but not because it was bad - more time needed than anticipated so we were unable take full advantage. Instead use Amazon RDS which will be far cheaper & easier if you need additional capacity later down line without significant up front costs involved! Highly recommended product once set-up works correctly first go around!! Our initial implementation required us do some custom workarounds while learning how things worked best suited my requirements initially however after migrating over multiple times since then its become seamless / straight forward process compared other solutions out there like.
