Reliable and excellent customer service

It's easy to setup with docker/kubernetes ansible scripts are available as well! The support team has been very helpful when I had questions or issues during our migration of production databases onto KuberneteSql servers running via ECS Fargate containers using Cloudformation templates created by AWS (via Boto3). We have now moved off this solution but not because it was bad - more time needed than anticipated so we were unable take full advantage. Instead use Amazon RDS which will be far…

  • Good documentation for getting started, including examples in YAML format.
  • instead they respond within minutes often!!!
  • Great customer service reps that can answer any question quickly even ones outside scope
