I like that it's easy to use once set up with some basic information about my business; however there is no way to get more detailed info without having someone else create an account - which can be costly if not done right or at all (i'm looking in their direction). It also does have its quirks when setting things such as date ranges etc so don't expect perfection straight away! You will need people who understand how this software works but then again they are likely going through similar challenges themselves too ;) We're using simplemarketing AI primarily because we wanted something very specific within our niche market where other tools were either overly complex/expensive & didn't provide what was needed. It's simple to use and understand. They provide great support team that are always there for you if you need them. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this platform so far! The only thing is it seems like they take forever to get through their onboarding process because they want to make sure everything is perfect before letting anyone in. Give it a try and see how easy it will be to grow your business using SMM. We've been able to drastically decrease our client service time by over 90%.
