Surprisingly good phone holder

If you're ready to either take your phone out of a case or use a thin silicone case, this is a really good phone mount. The finger angle is just right for my iPhone X and can work with thicker phones. They give you sticky finger gum that works great but I don't know how long the gum will last. I put 3M tape on the bottom of the mount to avoid scratching the bottom of the phone - not really, but I'm being paranoid. And the elastic band is elastic enough and not slippery, so the phone won't slip when attaching or removing. If my phone had a silicone case, I probably wouldn't worry. The phone clamp screw adjustment is easy to use, holds securely, and gives you just enough "feel" so you know how to tighten properly. used part of GoPro mount but maybe later. I like that the mount is off-center. I placed the holder over the stem which almost means the phone can be centered as the clip obviously needs to be on the side of the stem. I put a piece of tape on the handlebars before installing the clamp to avoid scratching my carbon handlebars. The worst part is that the clamp screw, 5mm head, is one of those anti-theft devices that has a little pin sticking out in the middle so a regular Allen key won't fit. They give a special Allen key, but why bother? Of all the things that can be solved on my bike, the $20 phone holder doesn't get stolen compared to my $125 saddle. It's just stupid and annoying and that's why I'm deducting a star.

Pros
  • Fashionable and simple --- The phone holder can be fixed vertically or horizontally by simply rotating the stand 90 degrees. allow you to adjust the display for the best viewing angle, giving you secure, hands-free access to your phone on the go. Convenient tool-free installation makes it easy to install on any bike handlebars, you just need to find and fasten the nut
Cons
  • . There are other interesting options.
