My day maker good for me

So I put this on the front of my 2018 Forester and connected them to my high beams. I put a on/off/on switch on it, instead of the on/off switch that came with the set. (figuring that wiring out was an issue, but that's a different product) This way, I could toggle the lights on with my high beams, or just turn them on all the time.I like the on/off/on set, since I mainly use it when I'm traveling winding forest roads in the dead of night. With my previous car, I used to use just the high beams. But with these lights it make such a big difference. It turns the night into day in front of my suv. Which is great because there are lots of turns on these roads, and it's so much easier to read these bends. Also it lights up the entire road, so I can clearly see if any critters are crossing, even on a bend. The wiring was fine for the lights to the battery. (battery is towards the front of the car. Mounted it in an area below the license plate in front) Actually had more than enough for this section. But the wiring from the battery to the cabin of the SUV was a bit tight. Another foot or two would have been ideal. And I'm in a smaller suv, so larger one's may have more trouble, but battery position might play a role. The wiring was well shielded, and seemed to be of a good quality. It was nice not having to worry about relays and fuses, as I'm a total amateur when it comes to car stuff.
