Worked great for about 5 weeks, after that the microphone stopped working! Update: Shortly after the first recall, the manufacturer of this item contacted my husband and I. They immediately apologized and offered to send a replacement. I received the replacement within a day or two and waited to make sure it didn't have the same problem as the first one. It's not like this. Looks like it was a one time issue and the company fixed it! I'm glad to see that there are still companies that care if they're doing the right thing. This is a great product and my kids are VERY happy with it! My only suggestion is to make the light turn on on both consoles and computer. I understand that USB can draw power, but the 3.5mm jack can't, which is probably why it only glows while the computer is in use. However, space could be made for the batteries so that we can at least use the light anyway. With LED technology the batteries can be triple A or hourly and they will work. Thank you for a great product and most of all thank you for doing the right thing when mistakes happen!
