So I have bought them twice in the last 2 years. I was gone and didn't have access to the ones I already had. Went to Six Flags last weekend and unfortunately one of the phone cases broke and water got into the bag. I am giving 4 stars as I have had no issues with any of the others I have purchased and have used them multiple times. I usually try not to get completely submerged in water because while they are waterproof, iPhones aren't cheap! I used it snorkeling last summer and had no problems. Just be aware that anything can be defective.
