I feel like I HAVE to review this pillow after reading some bad reviews. Yes, the photos of the 3/4 full pillow are real. The pillow is so compacted upon arrival that when opened it looks very disappointing. However, trust me when I say this, fluff it up and leave it on for 2 days. You will simply be amazed! When it fluffs up nicely and gives you so much support in bed! Don't believe the bad reviews about this pillow, it gets better after opening!
