First, my package arrived sooner than I expected so that’s always a plus. Second, the material of the waist trainer and butt lifter is breathable and had some stretch to it. Third, I really love the amount rows and hooks it has; allowing myself to adjust it as I lose inches. Some trainers give you three to four rows for adjustment and this one gives you six rows!
