It's a valuable tool, but it's overpriced and customer service doesn't respond to overload problems. Weighed less than 300 pounds on mine and experienced a flex in the telescoping square tube, causing severe limitation when attempting to expand or collapse it. Now every time I need to expand it I have to furiously rip out the telescopic part and force the thing back into a smaller configuration. I contacted the manufacturer about this issue and was told that this issue was due to it being placed on the plane and not being overloaded. I know for sure that the problem was the overload because this problem didn't exist when I loaded it into a taxi and it existed before I checked it in my luggage. But the mere mention of the plane made the support team say it was the movers' fault. I didn't care about this communication issue, I just wanted to get a spare part for the telescopic tube so I can use it again more easily. They told me that they do not sell this part separately, although they have other parts that break under heavy loads such as: B. Wheels. They broke under load on me and my customer to whom I recommended this trolley. I asked them if they knew anyone who had bent this piece of telescope back into shape, and they knew that people had found ways to bend them back. They said I could take it to a body shop where they might be able to bend it but it might cost as much as a new dolly so I might just want to buy a new dolly. So they know there's a problem here, they know it's not easy or cheap to fix, but they don't admit it's a problem, they don't offer solutions to fix it, and they change their sales specifications not to reflect a more accurate idea of what a wagon can actually handle. You may have a way of splitting the weight between 2 racks and putting most of it on the big side of the axle, but you definitely can't put anywhere near 500 pounds on this cart. Not only will the telescoping square tube flex, but the wheels can fall apart on the r8 in just a few hundred pounds and 10 to 20 minutes of driving on hard and carpeted surfaces. If they sold replacement parts I would give that 4 stars. Had customer service not insisted that I was wrong in my experience I would have given that 3 stars. But customer service is an important part of any product, and this is where it failed me. Another star lost on this product is that it is a bit choppy and the tolerances are very loose. The whole structure is crude, and the way the shelves are arranged doesn't build or disassemble this thing eloquently. For creatives using this, accuracy matters. We have impressive gear and much tastier carts. They just don't add up that way. It's useful and unique, but I would buy any other brand if there was something different.
