I cook exclusively from scratch for my family so good baking sheets are invaluable and get a lot of use in my kitchen. I love that these are 100% stainless-steel, a much better alternative to those with questionable non-stick coating.This set of baking sheets come in three different sizes and each includes a cooling rack. The array of sizes allows for versatility, although for my purposes I would prefer 3 of the largest size. Both the baking sheets themselves and their corresponding cooling racks are excellent quality. I haven't had any issues with warping in the oven, like some of lesser quality.I have used these for cooking bacon in the oven, as well as for baking cookies. They perform wonderfully and clean up nicely in the dishwasher. I expect them to hold up well for years to come.This set of baking sheets is great value for money and I highly recommend it!
