If you have a faucet, you must use this water conditioner. I have used it so many times. This product contains aloe vera, which heals scars on the skin of bettas. My Betta had scars and as soon as I used this they went away. And green tea will keep your Betta healthy in general. I know the price is pretty high for a small bottle that only holds 20 gallons, but you don't use much during a water change. And it's worth it too. it removes chlorine, chloramines and ammonia, aloe and green tea I mentioned. all around a great product.
