Insufficient cooling
Good for little space. I'm at 8000 feet above sea level, compared to my tap water it's not cool enough, especially in the summer when I bought it. But when you need it with your filtered bottle and speed, it does the job. According to the instructions, it is washed and ready to use. No, that is not so! I had to wash it at least three times to get rid of the bad taste with diluted baking soda. It's plastic so you'll need something sturdy to stand it on, a countertop might work better.
