This service helps me be able solve their problem (or lack thereof) so we can move forward as business partners instead spending time talking about how great your product/services could possibly save them from getting fired by hiring you!! I love that it is a simple way of keeping track of my email follow ups. I can quickly and easily set reminders for myself, and it helps me know the status of my email follow ups. I wish it had a more user friendly interface. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to track and follow up with their leads. It helps to keep me organized. It has definitely helped me stay on top of my email follow ups. It has also helped me know when it is time to follow up again.
