Disappointed/Update with pictures/Update October 28th with pictures

Difficult to put on, once I pulled it over the back of the chair the side panels broke. Very thin, very thin I would not buy again (one star rating). After my initial check, the company contacted me for a full refund and sent me another set of chair covers for free. To make sure I am happy/completely satisfied they emailed me several times and made sure the product they sent was better this time. Customer service is definitely the KEY POINT AND PROBLEM SOLVING, thank you. After putting the new covers on I will post a review with photos again, thank you for caring about your customers. Because of their customer service I will increase the number of stars. Updated photos from September 25th. bridal shower. I used new chair covers sent by the company. They worked pretty well, looked very good. The fit was perfect
