Seller is very helpful and responsive. The helmet arrived and was great except it was too big. I emailed the seller and he sent me a new liner within 2 days. I mean, he got here in two days. I then emailed the seller again because it was still not as tight as I would have liked and they sent me another liner again. Cannot recommend this seller or the helmet enough! The sound quality is really good for what it is. I'm a musician so I'll tell you this isn't a Bose, but I don't think you'll find anything quite like it in this price range. This is perfect for me. Even without a fog visor, I don't fog up at all.
