My only complaint was that the tube extension was misaligned for the front pump. I believe there is a left hand version and a right hand version. I don't remember which one I got, but it was the opposite of what I needed. It worked fine when I installed it. It was a headache. You will need to remove the driver's side front left wheel and then lower the wheel arch cover to access it. Once installed the pump ran like a champ and is quieter than the surviving factory pump. The 2002 Honda CR-V has two pumps (front and rear). It was some time before he started spraying liquid again, as the lines were clogged with dried debris that dissipated over time. I can't see any difference in performance from the old one before the failure to the new one.
