This product has mixed reviews but I really need all it has to offer so I grabbed it to see , how it works and I've had good experience using it on PS4, but not without problems. I will describe them in detail at the end. Software/Installation: The installation guide is very detailed and I had no problems connecting it to my PS4, just follow the instructions as written. It includes instructions for each supported device. The mobile app is great, it connects instantly and offers user-uploaded configurations and full customization. The keyboard/mouse can be set up quickly and easily, although this will require some adjustment as every game is different and will vary depending on the layout you prefer. User-loaded configurations enable faster plug-and-play operation. The USB dongle firmware is easy to update, you just download the files from their website and run the updater, and the keyboard can be updated through the app. Hardware: Decent quality keyboard, looks good, uses mechanical key switches and does not work. don't take up much space. The mouse is also of decent quality but I think the side buttons could have been placed a bit differently as they seem to be positioned for small hands but in game they work fine, I just have to bend my thumb a bit back than mine normal mouse. The sensitivity buttons on the side of the keyboard make setup a lot easier as you can adjust the sensitivity as you play. The mouse even works as usual, just connected to the PC. I wish the keyboard had some sort of RGB backlight, or at least the keycaps were more readable in low light, but when you're gaming you're not looking at the keyboard anyway. Firmware: Devices like this live and die thanks to firmware. . If you experience a slight lag or connection issues, the console keyboard becomes unusable, as you might as well be using a controller. When I first got this device I tested it with Apex Legends and I was so disappointed with the setup because no matter what I did they still had some lag and the mouse wasn't smooth it almost shook a micro amount- Cursor at high sensitivity / no. Death zone. Luckily all these problems went away after I updated the keyboard and USB stick firmware and now I can destroy people in Apex on PS4. Minor issues: - The app requires a keyboard connection to view the firmware update link. The instructions do not emphasize the importance of firmware updates for stability. Performance has greatly improved since the upgrade. You need a USB adapter to use the microphone while playing. difficult to read in low light
