I loved this item from the moment I opened it and dusted the popcorn top. It worked amazingly, the telescoping feature is very handy and the fact that it folds up so you can easily use it on ceiling fans was a bonus. But the other day I wanted to use it and it just fell apart. The end is barely glued to the handle and it doesn't go back and stays so it's useless now and I'm so disappointed. Not only do I want to end up buying a whole new one, but I still don't see a way to replace it since it was glued.
