I wonder how many times this product was tested before going into mass production. Its only direction is to hold the tablet securely in place, but that doesn't do it well. The grooves on the stand pad are too shallow to hold the tablet in place. I have an iPad and it slips and falls with even the slightest touch on the stand. If I were designing a pillow stand (or any stand) I would make it with only one groove, but that groove would be deep enough to prevent the tablet from sliding off. I still use the stand, but it only works if I put my iPad on it and don't touch it (like putting it on the kitchen counter while cooking). If you use this stand in bed and move about, be aware that your tablet will slip and you will have to keep readjusting it. So annoying.
