The guarantee was apparently handed over with the lines "Just take the bodysuit; there should be no lens; that's the cross" written on it by the seller. Benefits include: The underset r6 + rf 24-105 package they provided just contained the camera body; the promised lens was never delivered. I mean, how could you send something incomplete for that kind of money? The hypocrites also included a bag in their present. You can't return it under the warranty, of course, but take a look at the bag. I'll elaborate: all I needed was the bodysuit! They delivered me a lens-and-body set of another Canon product, but only the body was sealed. Someone else now has the lens, it seems. As far as I can tell, in order to claim it under warranty, you'll need to track out the person who owns the remaining piece. The item's serial number wasn't even noted on the sales slip!
