Bought them to try before settling on the ones recommended by all Lux brands. Thought at half the price it was worth a try to see how long they last. Installation is easy, just remove the OEM bulbs and install new LED bulbs. I installed them on my 2011 BMW M3 coupe. For OEM bulbs, you should not touch the bulb directly without wearing gloves as the oil from your fingers can ruin the bulbs. With LED lamps, gloves are not required when working. A ballast is attached to the LED bulbs and you can easily hide them behind the bulbs to keep them out of the way. If you really decide you can always use zip ties or tape to secure them, but I didn't bother. They look a lot better compared to the dim OEM daytime running lights and really update the front fascia. Some people were surprised to learn my car was only 2011 as they assumed it was much newer. I drive my car every day, so the headlights are used almost every day. They seem to match the factory headlights as they are a similar color. I only installed them a few weeks ago so we'll see how long they last. I'll update my review if any of them burn down in the next few months.
