The best thing about betty blocks is that it has all of your basic needs to help you with customer service, sales, marketing etc. I like how easy they make everything simple so even novices can use their software without any problems at all. They have many different features which are customizable as well. There's nothing really bad i dislike but if there was something i would suggest adding more social media integration or maybe better analytics. Customer support is great, friendly staff who will answer every question in detail and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We've been able to streamline processes by using betty blocks. It allows us to be efficient while also being able to customize things to fit our specific business model.
