Review on Tilta Nucleus Nano Wirelessly Mirrorless Cine Style Camera & Photo and Accessories by John Stowers

Although the product itself is good, this seller was no good when you get it new. I received a used system or previously opened Tilta Nano-Nucleus Follow Focus. When I opened the box there was a loose screw in the box and everything else was in a small pocket. Second, one of the sprockets was missing, so there was only one in the kit when there were supposed to be two. Finally and worst of all, when I set everything up and plugged in the focus motor, it didn't work. The engine didn't start. I've tried disconnecting, reconnecting, etc. and nothing worked. It was very disappointing. I doubt Tilta itself would ship such a product. This should never happen! I just had to send it back the next day after receiving it.
