**UPDATE AT THE END** Absolute rubbish. I'm not sure which factory in China this came from, but quality control is clearly not to blame. Sloppy glue, excess rubber is not removed after the injection molding process. We don't send our daughter to school in these crappy little factories. UPDATE: THANKS for fixing the issue. At the discretion of the sellers, they responded to my complaint by sending me a replacement pair of shoes. The new pair I received is perfect and looks just like the picture. They are of much better quality! Now I would recommend her.
