Review on 🌸 Freshwater Cultured Pearl Jewelry Set for Women - Necklace, Bracelet, and Earrings with 14K Gold - THE PEARL SOURCE by Cheryl Bailey

I love this bead set! ***UPDATE***

I've been searching extensively for a 14k gold bead set and found this set. I really like this bead set. The beads are beautiful and of excellent quality. I get lots of compliments every time I wear them. I feel like a southern belle wearing them. I was heartbroken when my necklace broke recently. I contacted The Pearl Source to inquire about the renovation. I was assisted by Celine who did everything to ensure I had a hassle free return. I sent my chain in for repair today. I am very excited and can't wait to get it so I can wear it again. I will give an update as soon as I receive the repaired necklace. Updated August 11, 2020 and the rating has dropped from 4 to 1 star due to the mediocre customer service. One star for the beauty and quality of the bead set. During my first conversation with Celine I was promised a free pair of pearl earrings for the lack of service I received from the first representative who helped me. I sent the necklace to TPS for repair as mentioned and they did a good job in repairing it. After confirming that TPS had received my necklace via USPS tracking, I sent Selina an additional email with an update on the repair status. I never received an answer. I finally received my necklace, the free earrings were not included. The original packaging I sent them (per their instructions) was not returned to me. I bought a bead set so my box should have holes for a necklace, earrings and bracelet. They sent me a crappy box that only contained the necklace. Shit because it literally fell apart within a week of receiving it. To top it off, they don't email customers prepaid postage like most companies do. I had to pay for priority shipping from Washington to California out of my own pocket. For this reason I would rather take it to a local jeweler for repair. Buyer warning! I will never buy my necklace again or send it in for repair!
