The gaps in the scoop are too big
I may use quick-clumping litter on my cat, but sometimes there are small pieces of poo in his poo, about the size of a pin, and they fall through the scoop and back in the trash. As a result, I often either throw away the whole trays or put on a glove and pick them out by hand. Given that the dustpan has a very simple function, separating poop from trash, I'm very disappointed in its performance.
