If it just didn't fit properly I'd probably give it 3 or maybe 4 stars, but it doesn't fit a laptop up to 15.94 inches wide as advertised. My laptop is exactly the dimensions 15.78 x 0.88 x 10.51, in which case it says it will fit a laptop up to 15.94 x 1.12 x 11.02 (something like that, not quite sure ), so my laptop should fit pushing and squeezing this enough that the corners are pushed through the pads on the sides and therefore not even protected. Then there is the question of "360 degree protection". I have used Tomtoc on my latest laptop but they don't have a case in my current size but with TRUE 360 degree protection. This case has very weak padding around the zip neck. This cushion becomes much thinner, converging with the rest of the interior and losing edge protection. fully. Otherwise, the case feels good, although it does feel a little baggy/flabby despite the incredibly tight corners. The zip seems decent enough and the grip is fine. I will send it back, I am very disappointed.
