I chose this bearing to improvise a solution to the poor design of the rotating arms at my new home gym. I had my doubts about how strong it would be given its tiny size. But boy was I wrong! It's a very rough beauty, very smooth and durable. A miniature of its larger cousins without sacrificing build quality.
