It has been great working with them because they are very dedicated to delivering quality service to their clients for over 20 years! I have nothing bad thing about using manhattan services, everything was amazing from when you open communication channel until your project completes fully. We had some minor issues during implementation of new process however we managed it well without affecting the client work flow at all. They provide high standard inventory solutions that makes business management easier and more effective. This kind of platform has benefited my company tremendously by bringing our processes up level and helping us reach greater milestones than other competitors within same time period. I like the fact that this is an on-demand software. The software is easy to use and the customer service is great. Sometimes it is difficult to find the right person to work with, but that is to be expected with any software. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a software that is easy to use, but also has great customer service. We used this software to track inventory, but we also used it to track orders. It was great that we could track both.
