Review on Kranchungel by Jon Delgado

Recently, I had an encounter with Kranchungel that was less than satisfying. During my exploration of their website, I came across a stunning dress that I was interested in purchasing for an upcoming occasion. But when I received the dress, not only was the color different from what was promised on the website, but it also did not fit me adequately. When I called Kranchungel's customer care to inquire about making a return or exchanging an item, the persons I spoke with were useless and unresponsive. They took several days to react to the emails I sent them, and once they did, they gave me the runaround and made the process of returning the item very difficult. In the end, I was out of luck because I had to pay full price for a costly outfit that I couldn't even wear. Because of my negative experience with Kranchungel's customer care, I will not be returning to that retailer in the foreseeable future for any of my shopping needs. The shopping experience at this establishment is like going into a casino because there is no customer service, despite the fact that they sell unusual and exotic clothing.
