It's not the best back brace.
It was too soft to wear. It's a shoulder/sleeve strap that bites into my brother's armpit. It sagged further up the shoulder no matter how I adjusted it. This also would not say put. It continued to move up from the lower back. My brother is out of shape and very thin for a man. This product just didn't do the job. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Needs more structure for support and more padding for shoulders and arms. I just missed my return date because I forgot it after putting it back in the package.
