I've never had a cool office chair and decided to try it. I ordered this expecting to get a comfortable chair that is both durable and supportive. I was able to easily put the chair together and although it should have made a great new addition to my corner of the world. Then I got involved, and that's when it got worse.1. The chair lowering lever is located in front of the chair tilt adjustment lever. NOT COMPLETELY fun waiting to sit back only to pop down to the lowest setting.2. Due to the armrests of the chair, you have to bend down uncomfortably to adjust the chair. - bad design.3. The chair has NO rebound like any regular office chair I've ever sat on. When you want to raise the chair again, you have to adjust the lever, then move the chair manually (without the help of a spring), and then lock the lever in the down position—all without disturbing the backrest. , it's a cool looking chair and might work great for some people. However, to me it's not functionally complete and will end up sitting in a closet or sold on Craigslist.
