I am very upset with this product. Last year I started shopping at the beginning of the Christmas season so I wouldn't get nervous at the last minute. I came across this product and thought it would be great for my daughter. Unfortunately, they didn't say they would be ending support for the app on January 1st, 2020. Needless to say, she opens it for Christmas and when it was time for her to set it up to play, the app stopped working. Such a disappointment and Revain should be ashamed that this product keeps being sold only to disappoint again and again.
