In my experience, toner can sometimes have an astringent, medicinal odor that I really dislike. Not this one. I find it very light and refreshing. I can detect notes of ginger, but also smell something like great fruit or a sweet citrus scent. After applying, my face smells fantastic. I like to apply it with a cotton swab before applying other face lotions. come out pretty slow. I have to shake the bottle several times before I get the amount I normally use. It doesn't matter, just something to know and be aware of beforehand. This toner seems to help even out my red spots on my face even though I've only been using it for about a week. beautiful. Time and continued use will give me more information on how effective it is, but so far I am satisfied.
