Winter in New York can be tough, but it seems like things are getting easier. I'm always hot inside in winter. I wish it was a little longer as I saw it in Hong Kong in February 2018. I've seen quite a few chunky sleeveless vests there. This one is very thin and light, which is perfect for me. Medium fits my 42 inch bust, maybe between 41 and 42 depending on what bra I wear. I'm sure the large size would be too big for anything else. Making the front and back a little (1.2 inches) longer is flattering and ONLY covers my back when I'm sitting. Although there are two half pockets inside, they don't close at the bottom so whatever you put in there slips through. That's not uncommon - my BCBG packable parka has the same odd trait. Since the bottom of the art bag fits right into the seam, I plan to pin it down to make it useful. The BCBG parka is oversized and fits about the same as this medium and the BCGB is shinier by the way so it looks a bit like a plastic garbage bag my daughter says. (I still love it but I prefer the less glossy black of this one) I've searched all over Hong Kong in the limited time I had there and couldn't find one that wasn't too thick. Oh I found a Lulumon for $179 and the big one didn't fit my chest. A+ for price, A/B for quality (feathers may leak). + for free next day delivery. Luckily the medium fits, but if you're a true medium it may be too big.
