This powder is very light and chalky making it very difficult to mix. Also, it was difficult to get the right consistency. No matter how much I mixed it was a bit clumpy and not thick and smooth like pre-mixed tempera paint. However, the deal breaker for me was the fact that it doesn't hold up well. I figured I could mix the batch up and save for later, but when I came back to it a week later, it had turned into an oily, lumpy mess and smelled rancid. Pooh. If you want to use this right away and aren't too picky about the texture then this might be fine. At least the color was nice and bright.
