The folks at Elon Accessories are by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. and I didn't even know there was a problem! I purchased and installed a screen protector for Model 3. It seemed a little tricky to install, but I was able to get it right after a few tries. The screen kept falling off the stickers which resulted in me having to reset everything multiple times. BUT, uh, I did it anyway. Well about a week later I get an email from Ram saying I may have received a profile that was part of a batch that had a routing sticker on the wrong side of the profile. He immediately issued a coupon code for the cost of a new protector and reimbursed me for the shipping costs. Who does that these days? I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.
