I'm embarrassed. The bottoms of my pans, Instant Pot inserts, and other cooking/baking utensils always look "used," as my mom would say. That's a cute mommy for "dirty". So a little Dawn Power Scrub and a damp sponge did the trick. Takes about 1 minute of elbow grease and now they're actually clean. I know everyone looks at Tiktok and sees the salt/soda/vinegar/kitchen roll trend: it's not working. It does. Or a sandblaster. Hack "TT" is BS. Ideal for cleaning and polishing my SS sink. I use Bartender's Friend and the combo shines on my sink just like it does, well not new but better than it was. At less than $1 each these are great value and they last a long time. Easy to hold and you can crush them to fit the grooves (when wet). good value
