Review on 🌿 COLE & MASON Fresh Herb Keeper: Efficient Container for Preserving Clear-Cut Herbs by Luis Baker

Our family uses up a lot of herbs fairly quickly, but sometimes they spoil faster than we'd like. Based on my knowledge of gardening, herbs and how to keep them in the fridge I chose this model.- DESIGN - This container is tall enough to hold herbs but short enough to fit in most fridges. If your herbs don't fit, simply cut off the bottom part of the stem. It consists of two inseparable main parts: a transparent upper part that slides up and down, a white lower part. You can't break it down as much as I've tried, so when it comes to cleaning, it's a big chunk. You also get three plastic dividers for four different herbs. The base has a transparent slit in the front to show how much water is inside. Adding water will help keep the herbs fresher longer, but be sure to change the water every few days. The top slides up and down. Slide it down for easier access to the herbs and slide it back to store in the fridge. This upper part also has a hinged lid and air inlet and outlet openings. Overall I think it's great in terms of design and usability. Water what you can, trim them to a suitable height and remove anything that looks unhealthy. You don't want the yellowed/dying areas to ruin everything else. By doing all of this in the beginning, not only will you give the impression that you always have great herbs, but you'll store them that way until you need them. - SUMMARY - This herb container keeps herbs fresher for longer. The only complaint I have is that they don't have a higher one! I mainly store parsley, cilantro and dill here, but I'm sure I can store any veg and it will stay fresh. highlighted.
