Broken Lightbulb
Ordering a lightbulb online can be as smart as ordering eggs. Everything was well packaged but one bulb was completely broken and I had already opened and screwed in some other bulbs so I can't return them. 5 out of 6 were ok. But frustrating. Need to order more or go through the return process? Just annoying and defeats the purpose/convenience of ordering online.
