Order was poorly packaged, one of the liquids was damaged in transit and spilled. Called support and credited 20%, everything is fine because I don't want to send the whole product back. Easy to assemble and use. Glad to try the grout cleaner as you can see in the photo, it worked like magic after a few scrubs. Our wooden floor no longer looks boring. I am happy with this purchase and we will be removing our sweeper soon.
