I like it MUCH better than Dr. Wonder. I have Type 4C hair that I'm converting from a perm to a texturizer and when I first started this (6 weeks ago) after a lot of research I decided on either this or Gro-Oil. I first bought Gro Oil as it has the best reviews and tried it until the bottle ran out (1 week. My hair is very very dry). Then I got this and was SOLD. Benefits: - Cool tingling after application. - (Personally) love the smell of a pepper pint. Miracle's Gro Oil Daily Moisturizing Skin Care Oil: - Less runny. - Serum for dull hair and scalp detangles hair! If you have 4C hair and are in the transition phase, you also know how painful new growth can be. (In fact, that's why I kept frizzing my hair so I wouldn't have to deal with those knots!). I don't know how but this serum makes it so easy for me to comb my hair from roots to ends. Gro Oil doesn't. Similarities to Gro Oil; - The hair growth rate seems to be about the same in both cases. Cons: - I wish this had a subscription option so I didn't have to set reminders to come back and order it when I run out (apply it all over my head, not just certain areas). Anyway, I love this serum and I will be using it for a very, very long time!
