My recent experience with Gorlya, an online store that sells products for girls such as apparel, shoes, and jewelry, has been rather discouraging, despite the fact that Gorlya may have a diverse selection of these items. The materials that are used appear to be of poor quality and low cost, which is reflected in the quality of their products, which are not even close to being spectacular. The sizes that are offered by Gorlya are also inconsistent, which makes it difficult for customers to choose an item that will properly fit them. In addition, the buyers can feel as though they were mislead because the things they really received were drastically different from what was described on their website. Another problem with Gorlya is that company has terrible support for customers. They do not respond to questions or concerns, and the return and refund process takes an unreasonable amount of time to complete. In addition, clients receive their products much after the date that was promised for delivery, indicating that the shipping process is not always reliable. In general, Gorlya is not a store that I would recommend to anyone who is trying to purchase high-quality apparel, shoes, or jewelry for girls. Because of the low quality of the products, the inconsistency of the sizing, and the awful customer service, there are a lot of other options that are far better for purchasing online.
