I threw away too many cast iron pans, NO

I threw away too many cast iron pans because I couldn't clean them. This works well to remove any residue while protecting your hard-earned condiments in the pan. When needed, simply use some water, scrape off the bits, wash the chain separately with soap and water and you're done. Excellent investment.
