Review on SmartAssist by Hector Liamsi

The biggest benefit of this software is to be able to organize all my contacts, including past clients or customers that I haven't had contact with in awhile but now want back up about them so they don't go into oblivion like many other programs do! This program also lets me update myself by seeing if there have been any changes made since last time we did business together which helps tremendously when it comes down to communicating with new prospects through referrals from old ones (which has always happened). As for anything bad? Not much really just trying not to get too overwhelmed at first using such an extensive system as this one seems rather intimidating until you become more familiar w/it. Overall being organized makes life easier especially during busy times where everything can fly outta control sometimes because no organization was put into place beforehand. So far smart assist works well enough i'd say considering how small things are compared ot others online services.
