I bought one. I loved it. Did everything I was supposed to do with no problems. Then it started having problems with the charging socket and stopped working. Fortunately, this happened before the warranty expired. They sent me a replacement MP3. That also worked great. I was very careful with that. I made sure I never strained the power plug. Then the replacement stopped working, just like the first one. Just not this product!
