It's just two tips you put on either end of these almost useless shower curtain rods that will NEVER stay in place. I figured the only way I would ever get it to stay in place was to drill and drive screws through the tile. But these rod holders work great. In no case can the rod fall out. Just make sure you have a rubber tipped pole that fits these holders. Some curtain rods have boots that are too wide for them. It was a great idea. Let's see how long the glue lasts. If it is indeed genuine 3M, it should be almost forever. If I remember correctly, they've been using 3M double-sided tape to hold fuselages together for decades. :)
