Review on Beschannels SCRM by Russ Mashlan

The tool is very useful for all my needs in business development process - from prospecting till close of deal! It's always there when I need it; gives me access even at odd hours via mobile or desktop application (as well as email notifications). There are some things that could be improved but this product has been extremely helpful so far, including tracking progress over time by different stages/stages milestones etc., which was previously not possible without creating multiple spreadsheets manually with data pulled directly out of CRM system into Excel files where you have no way of knowing what stage each contact belongs too until after they've progressed through them one by one.
